I enjoy getting my hair cut and styled there. Very nice staff and fairly quick turn over. The ladies treat you with respect and do not rush you once you are in the chair. They love have conversations with you and do not gossip with each other. Very nice environment.
Sometimes they seem a little understaffed for the business of the time of day, so that's why I knocked off a star. Great place though.
Usually friendly staff who are generally experienced. I have been getting my hair cut there for ten years off and on and I have always been satisfied with my cut.
I sometimes don't have the opportunity to make an appointment for a simple haircut and know going in that a wait would be in order. Upon my arrival today, I was informed the wait would be 35 minutes. This was fine for me and I returned 15 minutes later to wait inside. An hour and 20 minutes later I went to the desk and was told I would be seen. If i would have been told this earlier, I would have come back that much later and run errands. During this time, there were multiple customers who had the same issue with no record of appointments in their log book. I have been a customer here since I moved to the area and will no longer be. There is absolutely no communication between employees and obviously no communication with customers. There is obvious friction between some of the workers that is unprofessional as well as poor leadership and supervision. There are far too many other options in the area for me to get a simple haircut that would not waste the time of their customers.
Went to get my eyebrows cleaned up absolutely terrible! Completely uneven and didnt even follow the natural shape of my eyebrow. Totally rediculous! So glad i wasnt going for my hair she probably would have wacked that too. To top off the absolute terrible waxing all around my eyebrows are extremely irritated looks like burns all around them. Will never return and hopefully this post will make you think twice when going here and trusting people like that. Tara was the one who did the waxing. Does not know what she is doing clearly!!
I loved coming to Holiday Hair and bringing my son with me. We always saw the same stylist and she was awesome. She ended up leaving, but Holiday hair was still super close. Not long ago, I took my 3 year old son in to get his hair cut. The stylist was an older woman who repeatedly implied that my son had a disability and asked questions about our family history. He was 3 and is an active little boy.
